What size should I order?

Hoodies and crewnecks are loose fit, neither oversized or too fitted, so order your usual size or Size up if you want a bit of an oversized fit.

All items include a detailed size chart, so please check the measurements carefully before purchasing and don't hesitate to reach out if you are still unsure!

Do you do custom designs?

We don’t accept custom orders at the moment but may offer them in the future.

I can’t find my country/city. Are you going to release a design for it?

We have a looooong list of designs we’re working through. We post them often on TikTok/IG to get feedback from the community and we love to hear from everyone what designs they’d like to see so if you don’t find what you’re looking for, please let us know!

What if I need to make a change to my order?

Please make sure to double-check all the details including the shipping address and product selection before purchasing. If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we might be able to accommodate your change request but can’t guarantee changes.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally-ish. Shipping to some countries is much more expensive than others. If you’re interested in purchasing an item but we don’t currently ship to your country, please email or message us in the chat to let us know and we’ll work our magic.

When will my order ship?

All items are made custom for you so we require 3-7 business days for production after you’ve placed your order. For orders with many items, sometimes a little extra time is required. This time doesn’t include the time it takes to reach your doorstep once it’s left the studio in Montreal, Canada. You'll receive an email with a tracking number when your package is sent out. If you need your order by a certain date (like for an event), please leave a note in your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on where the packages is off to! Once your package ships, within Canada and the USA it could take 2-6 business days and internationally could take up to 20 business days. Keep in mind these are estimates from our shipping courier and not guarantees.

My package was never delivered.

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered prematurely but show up on your doorstep within the next few days. If it doesn't turn up, check with neighbors, confirm that you entered the correct shipping address, and/or inquire at your local post office.

We’re not responsible for packages that are claimed to be stolen after the shipping carrier has marked the package as "delivered." It’s the responsibility of the customer to track the package and ensure a safe retrieval.

Unfortunately sometimes shipments get lost in transit… If a package is taking longer to arrive than the estimated delivery time, it’s your responsibility to reach out to us within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date. We purchase shipping insurance on all orders in case they never get delivered so you may be able to receive a reshipment.

My package returned to sender.

Once a package is handed off to the shipping courier, we can’t take responsibility for it anymore. Delivery of the final product is the shipping carrier’s responsibility and keeping track of the package using the tracking number to ensure its safe retrieval is the customer’s responsibility.

If a package is returned for any reason (like an insufficient address or that it was unclaimed), let us know within 30 days as we don’t track returned packages. For returned packages, the only option the customer has is to have the package reshipped and they will be responsible for reshipment costs. We don’t issue refunds due to a returned package.

I accidentally put the wrong address…

Double and triple-check your address before submitting your order. If you provide an address that’s insufficient or inaccurate, the shipping courier will return the package to us and you’ll be liable for reshipment costs.

But if you realize the address is wrong before we ship it out, email or message us and we’ll update it. We don’t offer refunds for a mistaken address, so please read carefully when inputting your information!

Will I be charged duties/custom fees?

We’re not responsible for duties or custom charges that may occur upon arrival. If custom fees are applicable, the customer is responsible for all costs.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Our products are made-to-order so we unfortunately don’t offer returns or exchanges due to personal preference, invalid shipping address, incorrect order details, or any other reason other than defective items.

If there’s a problem with your order, contact us at watanapparel@gmail.com with a description of the problem and your order number and we’ll gladly sort it out. Any claims must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received.
